Star Wars: The Force Awakens Locations

It isn’t everyday that you find out your favorite place in England was used as locations for Star Wars.  And then days later in Ireland I took a boat trip and then see a familiar island and the boat driver announces this island may look familiar to some of you.  This was the location used for the ending of the latest Star Wars movie.  You know where Rey is reaching out for Luke.  Well I […]

Shots by Shinobi Photography Exhibition

Recently I hosted my 1st solo exhibition in Harrogate.  It was a big deal for me to show what I am passionate about and to introduce people into the different styles of photography I am interested in.  For this reason I chose to include landscapes, nature, astro, city, cosplay and portraits.  It was a great learning experience for me and one that I won’t forget.  Thanks to all that were able to support me by […]

Farne Islands: A Bird’s Paradise

A few weeks ago I made the trip to Seahouses so I could finally see some Puffins on Farne and Staple Islands.  The boat trip was awesome as we saw tons of nesting birds, grey seals and thousands of birds to include Guillemots, Razorbills, Eider Ducks, 4 species of Terns and 70,000 Puffins.  This is the perfect time of year to see them as the birds are nesting but this also makes the terns dangerous.  But […]

It has been a crazy couple of months if you include the Black Panther European Premier to include meeting Ryan Coogler and having our photos shared in the cast group chat! It’s hard to see only a couple of months later having an even greater experience. But on Sunday an awesome group of talented cosplayers and myself were invited to be apart of the Infinity War […]

Have I mentioned how much I love Isle of Skye?  Yea I did in another post and in my 1st video vlog I did roughly about a year ago.  I decided to go back to Skye for Christmas to capture some of the winter beauty.  I was hoping for snow but it wasn’t in the forecast.  I rented a cottage high in the mountains which was amazing.  Skye was hit with a huge snow storm […]

Photographing Winter in North Yorkshire, U.K.

The winter storm has been tabbed the “Beast From the East” and it left me with the perfect opportunity to shoot in the cold.  When I say cold temperatures have been below zero degrees for over a week.  Their was a lot sitting in the cold but it was worth it.  Check out some of the photos from the past few days.  Photos are from Harrogate, Knaresborough and Brimham Rocks.
