Star Wars: The Force Awakens Locations

Photographing Isle of Skye, Scotland

I was under the impression that the Lake District was the most beautiful place in the United Kingdom.  Lake District to be featured in a future blog.  My new favorite place in the U.K. is now Isle of Skye.  There was a beauty that I was not fully prepared for.  I saw photos of Skye before going and it does look amazing but pictures just can’t give you the full image of being immersed in beautiful nature. Unedited Photography

I know we live in an age where we can’t function without make-up or making things look more appealing to the eye.  Sometimes I just like my raw images just the way they are.  I know lot of people that will just take a picture and spend hours editing one single image.  Me, I generally won’t spend more than a few minutes editing pictures.  If you can get the settings correct while taking the picture the less you have to do later in Photoshop.  In general my workflow when editing a photo is to play around with they sky, contrast, light, shadows and darkness.  I might just want to add… Read More
