Momocon returned to the Georgia World Congress Center Friday, May 24 – Monday, May 27. Momocon smashed its own attendance record with 55,867 unique visitors attending the convention during Memorial Day weekend. That represented a huge jump from 2023. There was a total of over 157,000 in attendance over the four days of the event.
Momocon brought together fans of Japanese Anime, American Animation, comics, video games and tabletop games to celebrate their passion by cosplaying, browsing the larger exhibitors hall, meeting celebrity voice actors and writers behind their favorite shows, games and comics. At Momocon I saw some amazing cosplayers from around the world and met people showing love for characters from all types of pop culture. I was also able to do a press interview with social influencer Fantastic Frankey.
Shout out to @momocon for going for the Guinness Record for most Spidey cosplayers in a single place for a second year in the a row. The record was 638 and the end count was 579. The location changed a couple hours before the event so we lost some people. The experience was amazing and the vibes were immaculate. To recap the Spider-Man Guinness World Attempt.
